CARDINAL RAILING
Manufacturer: Digger Specialties, Inc. has manufactured vinyl fencing, railing, decking, and vinyl accents and components since 1984. Plant locations are in Bremen, Indiana; Randleman, North Carolina; Sarcoxie, Missouri; and Valdosta, Georgia.
Product Presentation: Cardinal PolyRail® Railing Systems have standard heights and lengths listed above.
Product in Place: Ground or balcony railing. The finished product is clean and protected in plastic sleeves or boxes for shipment. Vinyl railing has a semi-gloss finish.
Assembly/Installation: Cardinal Railing comes knocked down in a box. The sections are attached to the post using hidden screw mounts. Posts are installed over wood or an Adjustable Aluminum Post Mount (for concrete or wood surfaces).
Components and Parts: Matching colored brackets. An option of four cap styles. Aluminum reinforced PolyRail® Gates with stainless steel hardware. Decorative post and spindle options available.
Materials/Finishes: Rigid P.V.C. exterior profile containing impact modifiers for cold weather and 10 parts TiO2 pigment for ultraviolet light resistance.
Technical Support: Specify model name, height, and color. All gates are aluminum reinforced. P.V.C. formula is based on thirty years of weathering.
Codes and Certifications: Railing material tested for codes and strength requirements. See BOCA-ES report number 21-42
Environmental Data: P.V.C. material is virgin compound that is recyclable.
Availability and Cost: Sold through authorized PolyRail® Distributors and PolyVinyl Fence Dealers. Standard delivery is two weeks or less.
Operations & Maintenance: Virtually maintenance free. Clean with water and soap. Warranty claims are sent to the Warranty Department at Digger Specialties, Inc.
